I am very excited for this challenge. I just finished my first dietbet last week and was so excited that I lost so much weight in just 4 weeks. I am a person that has struggled since I started seeing a personal trainer, I wasn't able to lose weight. He kept telling me what I was doing wrong but it never made any sense. Then he held a free session at Aspen and went over it in writing. It finally clicked with me what I needed to change. After the meeting I started this diet bet and reading chris powells book. I also watched extreme weightloss when it was on. Why? because it kept me motivated to keep going and not give up. If anyone has a chance to buy it I recommend chris powells Choose More, Lose More for Life. Also I recommend the fit bit but any pedometer tracker works well, Also i used the Bod-e app to help me pick out foods for the week. It is through vemma it is very simple to use and you do not have to buy their products to use it. I use GNC Extreme 60 protein powder to replace with bod-e shakes .
