Today is officially day 1 of my new life style. I'm focusing on my eating and water intake for the next couple days. Then start going to the gym on Monday. I'm not going to start off crazy at the gym. I'm planning on riding the bike for 10 minutes and elliptical machine for 10 mins. As I'm going to be more positive. I'm just going to take one day at a time. Think of food as energy source. I'm also taking my kids to the park today and playing with them because any movement is better than no movement!Cheers and here's to a new life ????
