It is good you recognize the reasons this may be tough. So let us know what exercise you decide to add. What can you do at work? Park further out in the parking lot? Do stairs during lunch? Pack healthy lunches? Find what works for you and MAKE IT WORK. You just got through a stressful week which is an accomplishment in itself! Good luck.

Thanks, Sheryl! I am going to add swimming! I used to love swimming and would like to get back into it. And I primarily work from home, so my goal is to wear my FitBit and add steps throughout the day however I can. Thanks for your kind encouragement!
