I have SOOO been there! When I started again in October the only thing I wanted was to end the go home, eat dinner, end up in PJs on the couch for the rest of the night routine. I had absolutely no energy to do anything. Maybe if you just make super small changes IE healthy eating the energy and motivation will come back. It helped me just to focus on food. knowing that when I ate better, I'd feel better, and when I feel better I move more, and when I start seeing results I'm super motivated. Good Luck!!!
