Yay for moderation! I completely agree...and in an aside, I just had a conversation with my sister about how I'd like to gather up all the people that preach "no sugar ever" and put them in a room with sugar. Haha - I'm mean like that. I understand that everyone is different, and our triggers are different...so, in reality, not everyone is on their way to death for eating a cookie or a piece of cake. And I find the truth in the numbers regarding people that tend to eliminate DO end up gaining significant amounts of weight back. Life is about moderation - in all aspects, not just food.
