While not counting the weekend, my first week of diet (eek) fun is coming to a close.  Here's hoping I don't go off the deep end and wind up going to IHOP for the weekend.  I was at 165.5 at the beginning of the week.  I will weigh in on Monday and post my new results.  So let's look at the highs and lows of this week:

Highs

I stayed under 1500 calories all week.

I exercised for at least 30 minutes each day.

I have increased my water intake.

I have not had any sodas all week.

I have been tracking my food and exercise daily with Spark People - I really like their nutrition tracker, as it will analyze what I am doing right in my diet, and what nutrients I am overdoing or lacking as well.

Lows

I've been suffering through a cold this week.  Not so hot for the working out bit.

I missed my Tuesday Tae Kwon Do, taking the girls to Girl Scouts.

I was under my 1200 minimum calorie goal.

Due to finding an AWESOME spagetti recipe, my cholestoerol intake was higher than I'd like.  It had sour cream, cream cheese, and cottage cheese in it- I can't say I'm surprised here.

Not a bad first week, even with my set-backs.  I look forward to seeing what Moday's weigh in will be.
