So I squeeked by in my last two diet bets.  I made weight, but only by the skin of my teeth.  So this bet I want to focus more.  I need to do more exercise than just my Tae Kwon Do three days a week, because there is nothing more uncomfortable than stretching over rolls of tummy fat.  I need to get myself back off the soda.  I had been doing so well, but when I fall off the wagon, I go all the way.  Go big or go home I gues.  Well, I want to do more that just loosing a little weight.  I want to achieve some substantial loss, so that I can keep up with my own life.  I'm tired of getting worn out all the time.
