Week one has been alright. Still trying to get my head round juggling my eating and making sure my boyfriend is happy when he comes around and also juggling taking easy things to work to eat too. After my initial weight loss which was 11lbs its gone back for my weekly weigh in of 6lb. Still happy with that......a loss is a loss, and I should be proud that its still a loss as its time of the month and I've been a bit of a git the last few days. 

 

The cravings have started so to keep in check I've had a lil bit of chocolate and a little drink and a little comfot to make me feel better, so I think between hormones and comfort that hasn't helped, but I'm struggling on.

 

Had the boyfriend round yesterday and today and I would say we were healthier than normal. Yesterday we had Oyakadon for dinner which is "parent and child" dish..... Chicken and Egg with rice, very tasty. Had a sneaky mocha and cake while up town but was soooo needed.

Today though I had egg and rice for breakfast, Lunch we made sweetcorn pancakes and crispy bacon, and dinner I made a tofu curry with rice.

 

Now I just need to make it though the week at work. I'm working 8am till 5pm so not much of a breakfast person at that hour, so will probably take some fruit with me to have in the mornings, lunches noodles, pasta cups etc, dinners... lol I'll plan as an when but I have chicken, rice, salmon etc

Hoping I will continue to lose next week. I've a fair bit of stress at work. My boss is clueless. The company has had a payrise apart from our department cause our manager "fought" for a slight increase for us in June to put us inline with other companies. I said I felt devalued within my role, so I have started looking for other jobs, very scary as I've not had to do that in over 5 years.
