Hi one and all. ...once again I have stepped out to new horizons in the hope that at the end of this I will be at least 33lb lighter by 7th May 2017.
I did a diet bet before and won them but then I got too comfortable in my relationship and didn't plan anything so I'm back and determined to see this through.
While 33lb sounds daunting just over 5lbs a month sounds more than doable. I currently go to slimming world and while I agree with the main philosophy of it. .....I think you can still eat way too many calories whilst on it so I think I'm going to monitor that as well while doing this.
I'm a team leader in a call centre coming office which can be stressful at times too but I try and not let this influence my eating too much.
I have so much I want to do too but feel I can't at the size I am just now. my dad also worries a lot about me. he doesn't live close so does worry about my health.
My birthday is on 6th May so if I can do this target for 7th may then it will be an amazing birthday present to myself and probe that I can do this and stick to it.
