OMG... i am in 5 games (3 kickstarter and 2 transformer) and I have not begun losing weight! In fact I am up a couple of ounces!!!! Which wouldn't be back except I need to lose 1.5 pounds a week!!! OH DEAR!!! January is the month of FOCUS and DETERMINATION!!!

I downloaded (finally) ZOMBIES, RUN! app for android to my cell phone. (*free) Hint you have to do it from the play store not the online or something.. I had to email help to get my download to install, but finally it did.  --- I have not yet used it --- downloaded it on Friday --- so---- but I read an article that you can turn off GPS and use it on your treadmill and that is my plan.  I think you could use it on eliptical or just inside for that matter of fact, for steps.  So my plan is to do thier couch to 5k plan!

FOOD

Have you planned your food for the week?  I bought cashews, grapes, bananas, raisins, low calorie puffed crackers (that we found out we love) string cheese sticks (cause they are prepackaged) some radishs for hubs, apples carrots... we are set for snacks during the day and popcorn at night!  ARE YOU READY WITH EASY TO GRAB SNACKS???

I even have 4 huge, meal sized huge, sweet potatoes and a couple of turnips as well as salad fixins... We are set for dinners too!!! 

Breakfasts are are standard oatmeals but hubs did pick up some Sweet Potatoe fries and I snuck in some eggs and tuna so we might have some other foods for breakfasts and lunches!

Make sure you are prepared with food and a plan for exercise and let's put down some weights!!!!
