For me, week one is always the hardest. It is the time my body has to readjust to better quality workouts, healthy food choices, increased water intake and overall, "Hey you are being good to me again mentality. I wish there was a magic button that would kick me everytime I go off my "healthy" routine.
I am not going to lie, I have done this probably 20 times in the last thirty years. I guess I am a slow learner.
At least, I have not totally given up on myself and recognize when it is time to get back into the healthly habits. I just wish I would start a little sooner, so the goal would not be so hard to achieve.
Okay, I am now settled in for the nexxt four months with theis new healthful routine. If any of you out there have found the secret to never having to do it again, share it with me. I guess I am a slow learner.
