Well you can't fool me body. I know your dreaded trickery. I have seen it too many times. Yea, I will ignore you for ten days because after that, you will release another 6 pound or so and I'll be golden.
All of you diet betters out there. DO NOT GIVE IN. Do the math. Stay strong. You will lose weight, don't give up, I promise. I have been thruogh this routine 20 times.
