Day 130 - Fantastic Friday!
OK – we made it through another week – whoot whoot. This was a good one. I started a new DietBet & I’m excited because the hostess is a great motivator & that’s what I need – Thanks Smaller in Texas…you’re the best! I also had a friend join me for this one – Thanks Rachelle T…you can do it gurl!
I made a positivity pledge that has resonated into a truly wonderful week for me. I shed a few pounds (BONUS) but more importantly I shed some negative thinking which had me down. Having a clear mental mind is so important. I kinda lost track of that – stupid life got in the way…lol…remember it’s all about MIND, BODY & SOUL!!!
I go into the weekend with a reignited enthusiasm & motivation. I may sound like a broken record but I thank each of you that contribute to my success…
Let’s round out the positivity pledge for the week by giving ourselves a great big pat on the back. For every successful workout, challenge we faced & overcame or any obstacle we conquered…well done friends!
