Day 133 – Blue Monday…pfft, I say New Monday!
Apparently today is called “blue Monday”…I am calling it new Monday!
New week, new goals…same great attitude!
It’s time to add some new goals…rev things up a bit! Push & challenge myself…
Here are mine for this week:
- Increase my morning Twist Stepper from 15 minutes to 20 – this will be a HUGE challenge for me as 15 minutes already makes my legs burn beyond thinking BUT I am going to push myself & try my hardest. I will be happy with anything between 15 & 20...
- Walk 5km each night: Monday to Friday…
That’s it – I said them & have written them down, so it’s official. I can’t let myself down. I can't let my DietBet family down either…short, simple & not too much to handle…don’t want to set myself up to fail or get too overwhelmed. Baby steps – that’s what my journey is about…I am the turtle taking this slow & steady. Giving it my all, pushing myself more & more each day, each week to get me to my goal & continue to make my life better for me. No timeline, not rush! Each day is a win & brings me that much closer...
