GUYS! I weighed myself promptly at 9am because I thought "well even if I gained, I'll learn and I will hold myself accountable". If I wasn't on dietbet this is what I would have done:

Last night I wouldve aten the WHOLE burger and I would have ordered a FULL order of fries

then I would come home and drinks one of the new full fat, high calorie, tasty beers Chris bought 

THEN I wouldn't have any room to drink my 100 oz of water before bed

THEN I would wake up with a full constipated tummy, avoid the scale, and stay in bed until about 1-2 pm, fasting and not eating breakfast in fear of the scale.

THEN I wouldve jumped on the scale to see a steep incline in weight

THEN I would've eaten a huge unhealthy "fuck it" breakfast and feel like a piece of crap all damn day- completely forgetting to drink any water.

Look at that damn cycle. Eating half of everything last night WASN'T hard, I listened to my hunger cues and started to reach about a 7 when I ate half an order of fries- that's when I asked my fiance if we could order just one burger and split it (he loves saving money so he loved my idea).

 

I did NOT go hungry, once, yesterday. In retrospect let me guesstimate my calories consumed

breakfast

2 eggs + THREE pieces of whole wheat toast [360 calories]

two full HM fraps [350 calories]

1/2 order of poutine [370 calories accoridng to google]

1/2 burger [425 calories]

russian imperial stout [315 calories]

chips [150 calories]

total 1,970 calories. I feel like that's the amount of calories I should be eating to maintain my sedentary lifestyle. Therefore, I believe I am way above my "set body weight" if eating 2,000 calories in one day while sitting at a desk results in 1.4 lbs lost overnight. ALSO I ate that meal at 10 pm, YES 10 PM, and still lost weight.

I feel like my breasts, stomach, and face have lost all the weight. I got my new shipment of clothes on Friday and my high waist size 28 f21 jeans are snug, I have a size 29 high waist pair that are baggy in the butt so I am glad I am getting back down to a more regular size WHILE DRINKING BEER AND EATING POUTINE AND BURGERS AND DARK CHOCOLATE
