I met my first week's goal of 5 lbs and bought myself a fitbit.
Monday I ran a 5k, ate 1,000 calories (48% protein 43% carb 9% fat)
Tuesday I got stuck at work until 7 and had a 30 page report to write when I got home :( so I did not run a 5k. I ate 1,000 calories (45% protein, 38% carbs, 17% fat) and stayed the same weight over night. Which is totally fine bc 150 of those calories were from a craft beer at happy hour after work. I also ate finger foods, but half as much as I was offered. Yesterday was a day that I could see myself doing after I reach my goal so it's good to know what a maintenance day looks like.
Today is my first day with my fitbit. I didn't get it working until 10pm and wanted to go fun a run so bad but I didn't want to be awake all night. According to my fitbit I got 7 hours and 45 minutes of sleep last night which is a lot better than I thought it would be. So, that's exciting!
Hopefully I can lose another 0.6 lbs before Sunday! I can't wait to be in the 160's again. I feel like my set body weight is about 160-165 lbs so I still feel too bloated for all of my regular pants!
