I lost my last two Transformer Diet Bets and, honestly, I'm not sure why. I won so many before. I figured the last two would be easy. I was training for a half-marathon and running a LOT. I was careful with my eating right up to the last month, but I kept just missing the mark by a pound or two. The last month was my own fault for eating everything in sight, but the first five...I just don't know.

 

It's a new year and I'm going to try again. I'm going to be running my first marathon in May, so I should get enough exercise. If anything, food is going to be my struggle. I've gotten into some bad habits.

 

Currently, I am not able to run because I hurt my hip last Wednesday. I am hoping it is a short-lived injury. 

 

Either way, I'm not going to let anything stop me this time!
