Amen to that! We all have different issues with food and weight, so different strategies work for different people. I also overeat even healthy food so tracking calories is what has helped me.

It must be all the new year's resolutions because I'm hearing a lot more people talking about what you should/shouldn't be doing to lose weight. It's hard to keep your focus when there's so much noise going on.
