It might help you to log your food and workouts on MyFitnesspal or similar. So you can always prove to yourself that you DID do your homework. And from now on, there is one rule that cannot be broken: NO NEGATIVE SELF TALK. Pick any positive mantra that works for you. Example: I love myself and I can do this. So what, if you don't feel it. Just say it out loud and inside your head, every time you are tempted to go negative. Your mind will respond to it, promise. Just be stubborn and stick to the mantra, no questions asked. Give yourself a couple of weeks and say it every time. It will make a big difference and remove a lot of stress. It also sounds like you already have a lot going on, so make sure you treat yourself too: to your favorite workout or whatever healthy, relaxing me-time you feel like.
