so i calculated my calories for yesterday's cheat day (my first in 2+ weeks), and thanks to myfitness pal it reminded me if every day were like today I would be 169lbs in 5 weeks- right where i started! I drank 1500 calories in 3 dark beers and a pbr. So I am thinking sobreity is what stands between me and my goal weight.
Damn craft beer. Curse you.
