I definitely turn to food for comfort as well! And this was really well put... need to be CONSCIOUS of not only what is affecting me, but the way I choose to deal with it too. I know I've definitely used the "uhhhhg today has just been the worst..." excuse over and over again not thinking about how gaining that weight would make even more "worse days" for me in the future. Horrible cyclical behavior. UHG! I'm hoping to make this same commitment! Conscious living. Conscious eating.
