Four weeks just maintaining or perhaps losing a pound or two - I can manage until my end Feb DietBet, surely? At least that's what I thought just 4 days ago...
I successfully met my first Dietbet goal, but didn't think I'd manage another 4% in Feb with a Birthday and ski holiday in the middle. I was afraid of taking up a challenge and not getting there, so I decided to create my own for the end of Feb, as soon as this was all over, and that I would focus on working toward that.
Four days on and I'm 1.2 pounds up - and so glad I decided at the last minute to join Fitness Warriors. With all that's in the calendar this month, and times when I can't choose what I eat, the odds of me making my target this time are slim. And at the same time, I will have won a personal challenge if I manage to get lower than my final weigh-in last Wednesday, as I know ithat without this I'd be starting my next DietBet several pounds higher than I wanted to.
New Fitness Warrior friends, I hope you won't mind that my personal goal is as important as anything this time round, and that any loss is a win for me, even if not an official one :) Bear with me if I seem to hiccup along the way, I promise will be there to support you 100% to get to your goals!
