Aaaand I'm back! Saturday morning I was so happy when my scale showed me 199.8 pounds! Onederland has always been one of my big milestones. Last year I started my journey at 237.6 pounds and hitting that 199 was just amazing. Now I started again in January at 222 pounds and I'm proud to say I've already been back in Onederland, yeeey!
I was sooo worried this weekend. I had planned two days away, staying in a hotel in our Capital (Prague). I don't have the best score when it comes to stays in hotels. There is always this huge breakfast table and I end up stuffing myself to the maximum limit. But not this time!
I successfully finished my January DietBet games and I already signed up for two February ones. There is just no room for error, especially an error huge like this. So I spend my Friday evening meal prepping. I made a lunch for myself that I split in halfs (Saturday and Sunday). I measured my oats for oatmeal, made juice from one grepfruit and kiwi for a snack and I poored just right amount of my milk for oatmeal to the plastic bottle. Big bottle of water went of course into my backpack and I was ready!
Still I was nervous when I came back today. I ate right but who knows what happens when you get out of your routine, right? Well, I came home weighing 199.0 pounds! I've lost almost 1 pound while I was away! I'm so happy my trip went well, I enjoyed it so much and most importantly I stayed strong and it payed off!
