This weight loss thing is so complicated! I hate it when I'm stuck, especially when I kill myself at the gym all the time and I eat everything I'm supposed to! Now.. Chris and Heidi Powell got me thinking about cheat meals/days and body shock.
I've decided today that I'll give it a try. I planned my first cheat meal in 5 weeks today for dinner. I bought big burrito with lean meat, cabbage and yoghurt dressing. I ate it and now I'm sooo full! Afterwards I was longing so bad for something sweet! I definitely remembered those December days when I ate this kind of stuff all the time and I didn't stop until I was completely sick!
But today I had a clear vision. I ate only the burrito and I concered the longing for sweets with lots and lots of water. It definitely helped me and I was so proud I didn't fall back into the old habbits!
I expect to be around 2-3 pounds heavier tomorrow morning than today. I hope it will pay of by the end of the week and I'll be out of my more or less plateu!
