Workout:
I did one hour of Les Mills Body Pump & 1 hour of "Ride" at my gym
food intake:
1 protein shake: 225 calories: drank 1/3 before workout at 8:15am, 1/3 after body pump at 10:15am and 1/3 after spin class at 11:30am
oatmeal w/ mangos: 380 calories - 12:15pm
chashews: 480 calories - 2:15pm
2 green smoothies w/ mango & pinapple: 225 (each) (sipped on those for the rest of day)
total daily calories: 1535
