We're going to have good days and bad days, just don't let the bad days derail you from your ultimate healthy goals. Allow yourself to feel sad and disappointed every so often, then pick yourself right back up the next day! Keep going, do not give up, you got this!!!

Totally awesome post. I love how you identified what went wrong and why. I think you'll nail this soon!Most effective thing I've done with meals is 1) Have a small breakfast. If your cutting calories significantly, you'll need SOMETHING in the morning so your body has something to run on, moreso than you did when you ate "normally". 2) Do dinner for lunch. Honestly, how does it make any sense to eat no/light breakfast/lunch then have a big dinner? Dinner occurs 4 hours before bed! Have your big meal of the day for lunch, then nibble on dinner. Otherwise you'll get hungry, and cranky, and be hungry and cranky your ENTIRE day, then gorge around dinner and snacks because you just don't care anymore.

Thank you :) I will follow your advices! It is true that I wait until the evening to eat dinner with my bf, so I tend to eat too much because of that. On top of that, I am afraid to eat too much during the day, waiting for dinner... It makes no sense! So dinner for lunch seems a very good idea! :D
