I have those little arguments with myself every morning about exercise. I always push myself to do it, biut it's like the old Sylvester and tweety cartoons where you have an angel on one shoulder and a devil on the other. Both giving you valid reasons to do or not do what you are supposed to. I'm glad that your angel intervened today. You are so close to your goal. Don't stop. Keep going you got this.
