Ah yes the fickle fickle scale. There is always so much going on there. Plus I think the scale is just plain moody. About the inflammation there is so much that can be done with diet. There is anti inflammatory foods that are great for dieting. Avocado and asparagus are two that comes to mind. You may need slightly higher calories. 1200-1400. So there would be room for avocado which is high in leptin along with beets and beet greens. Marcie is very knowagable in eliminating inflammatory foods. You should chat with her.
