That is so sad and yet if the weight loss worked last time, maybe it will work again. And, that is one thing you CAN change because you CAN do it! If you miss out on something fattening today, so what? You can have it again (in moderation) some other time. Make a list of your priorities. It does help. GOOD LUCK! Denise
