Ugh! I am SO FRUSTRATED! I have had it with my fiance controlling my meals and my portions. I tried it his way for a week and it's obviously going to turn me into the 196 lbs chick I was 1.5 years ago! Today, I am doing things my way again, and if he has a problem with it- then that's his problem NOT MINE
Crossing my fingers I lose SOMETHING by the end of this week! I have all my meals planned for the day today
Breakfast
3 eggs, 2 piece whole wheat toast
Lunch
1/2 can of tuna, 1/2 cup of black beans and pinto beans, 2 hard boiled eggs
Pm snack
1 small sweet potato
Dinner
chicken breast with broccoli
I will calculate the macros for this later. I packed the same lunches for the entire week and have prepped my dinners for the week so no excuses! A one week break from my meal plan was enough but I am ready to kickstart my butt back in gear. See what I did there?
I will lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks
