You can make skinny muffins and just use it on thing and cook with it. (Great high heat oil). So this is your very best friend. Next are avocados. Shouldn't eat more than 1 a day probably. But I find them fantastic for weight loss. Fish especially pink like salmon and trout are going to help moods and weight loss. Greek yogurt with cation in quantity. These have creamy and buttery texture which we love and we crave too.Finally you recognize that you need to portion what you cook bacon wise. So you need to make that the new norm. Not cooking a whole package. Do go eat some healthy fats. If you were low fat diet. Try heathy fat diet with low carbs for a change up.Cheers!
