Have you spoken to a doctor about the guilt you feel regarding food, like on days like this? I mean, I obviously don't know if it's a recurring feeling and I am not a doctor, but I was diagnosed with BED six years ago and a lot of the emotions and thought processes you mentioned are similar to what I go through. There's a difference between feeling a little bummed about eating too much but the feeling of losing control, panic and stress should be taken very seriously.
