I commend you for getting to the gym, good job! As for the eating...I'm terrible with impulsive eating. If I see it lying out it goes in my mouth without my even thinking about it. So don't beat yourself up too much. Tomorrow is a new day.

One thing i found that worked for me if having low calorie snack out and sitting on the counter or ready in the fridge. That way if i feel like i want to eat something yucky i can just grab one of those snacks and it usually helps. Like measure out a cup of fruits or for me i have 3/4 cup of my frosted flakes.
