That's awesome! I love that not only are you managing your bread intake, but you're also managing the actual bread! For me, I love rice, WHITE rice. I've tried to give it up numerous times and tried to switch to brown rice, which I hate. I've lasted a couple weeks at most. Even when I wasn't eating rice, I felt like I was eating around the craving. Now, I eat it at dinner, sometimes breakfast on the weekends, and measure it before putting it on my plate. Once it's gone, it's gone, but I'll be able to eat it again tomorrow, so no problem!
