Wednesday is the dreaded Leg Day. Normally, I do barbell squats as my main lift. However the wait for a squat rack at the gym was at least 3 people, and I wasn't about to wait around. So instead of squats, I did extra leg presses.

Now I don't really like substituting squats because there really is no other exercise quite like them. Leg press may seem like the same thing, but you're not needing the same amount of total body balance, engagement, and stabilization that squating requires. But it's better than nothing, and if you do have really bad knees then leg press may be a safer option for you.

I weighed in at 215.6 right before I hit the gym today. That hits my goal for the Kickstarter Dietbet that is about to end on Sunday. Yay
