Friday was Deadlifts for my main lift. I love deadlifting. There is no movement more basic than picking something off the floor. I really didn't feel like going to the gym on friday...since it's friday. But I resolved to go and I put up a giant PR for myself on the Deadlift, 305lbsx8.
For deadlifts, I usually start with my as-many-reps-as-possible set and go all out for one set. After that, I do supplemental sets until I feel pretty exhausted.
