I'm with you, having started the Wild Diet a couple weeks ago. Yesterday, I had my annual physical and I'm interested to see what my numbers look like. The biggest change for me is I've been able to cut sugar out without too many cravings, and I've started eating more healthy fats. Time will tell how well this works for me, as I feel I'm still a newbie with this plan. I want to get to where I'm simply enjoying the correct amount of food because I'm hungry.
