I agree with you! Eating foods in moderation and consistent measuring/logging is key when it comes to weight loss. Fad diets rarely work in the long term. It's also good to be reminded that even if we don't meet our monthly goals then we're still successful.

I say flinch now when someone says they are on a 'special' program...to lose the necessary 20...we all know the stats of fad dieting...it will come back and fad diets usually bring 'extra' friends (pounds) with them
