You and I are definitely at the same space. I used to think I'd "tried," but really what was it? All of 10 days?! Now I'm closing in on three months straight of tracking and, wow, the consistency makes such a difference! Now my treat meals don't throw me off the wagon because I know the bigger trend is what matters, not one meal or day, and I see even the littlest progress as good progress!
