Daisy Girl...but I wanna be "a special snowflake". I love it! Great Blog...true, metabolism slows down as you get older - FACT..not excuse. HOWEVER, one adjusts...I just can't eat (or I can and grow out of my clothes) what I did when I was 25...but nutrition / portion control is 80% of the game to lose weight. No Excuses..I agree...and tracking..can't say enough good things about that! What I use to do to get around tracking is 'deniability'. If I didn't write it down it didn't count right? lolHere's to all of us - WE got this!!!
