Fat as we know it

In February, I started learning about the Wild Diet and other similar plans. I'm in my 4th week of actually trying to eat this way. I've dropped about 10 pounds. I still don't understand it all and am tweaking what I eat. I haven't calculated my protein, carb and fat percentages. The biggest change for me is my commitment to eat no sugar other than in fruit and avoid all processed foods. Eating out has been a challenge as I scour through menus trying to figure out my best course of action. I've discovered I need to eat more cruciferous, green leafy stuff to maintain good cholesterol on this way of eating. Thanks for posting as I gain understanding.
