Day 12,13 and 14

 

Back to day 11: post workout burn (epoc) was so strong that I couldnt take a nap 5 hours after the training. I was laying in the bed burning... ;-)

 

Day 12 and 13 at work, decent eating.

Day 14 - training: 5 sets of 10 reps of squat (50kg/110lbs) - too easy :-)
