Day 22 onwards... (23,24,25)
Weight-in is closing to fast so I had to adjust my plan. I went really low on carbs and on my days off I do often more than one training. I've managed to set new burpees record - 75 in 15 minutes. I also added short jog or run intervals in the mornings to boost up metabolism.
So far it works so I hope I'll reach goal in next few days (just last 3lbs)
