That is good you can take stuff for auto immune disease. Have you seen a naturalpath? Perhaps there is something that can help. Have you looked at the ketosis diet? It's high fat low protein and very low carbs. Just so much inflammatory foods you can take a break from. So many anti inflammatory like avocado or coconut oil. Your body metabolizes differently and can be good to be more restful. I still have spinach, art gala, and asparagus on it too. Also anti inflammatory. Just brainstorming. Thinking about you.
