Health goes far beyond the miles run, the water drank, and the time you rest. I feel really good today and hope I continue to feel good. I looked at my schedule and noticed I have two major projects due on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, but then I told myself I was calling into work Monday- for the first time since Thanksgiving. Then I took a deep breath and wrote down all of the things I have to get done before next week. The list is long but if you break it down into smaller parts- it is manageable.
Today my goal is to drive around campus to find parking that is not zoned so that I can save $40/week in parking- also parking far away will help me get some extra-exercise in! ;) and it will help me enjoy the weather!
