Wallowing in Self Pity

Reggie, Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr. M.D. has written a book called "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease." I just finished reading it (my mom died at 48 and I am turning 47 in a few weeks). Esselstyn is a former surgeon, research and clinician at the Cleveland Clinic. I would highly recommend reading the book. Here is a summary from the back cover:"Drawing from his twenty-year nutritional study -- the most comprehensive study of its kind -- Dr. Esselstyn convincingly argues that plant-based, oil free nutrition can not only prevent and stop the progression of heart disease, but also reverse its effects.
