So awesome such love> I have got my food ready within reason for tonight and am ready for the first weeks workouts. I intend to somewhat become a compliant robot so I can have the best chance at success.  

Besides what I have been provided, I intend to focus on consistent workout times...Evenings, I am skipping all the crying and whinning of 4 littles going to bed! I also intend on focusing on quality sleep hoping for 7 hours a night, anyone else feeling the sleep deprivation??

Well besides all this great stuff we all have life to live this week which, will prove to challenge...so keep your head up... If you experience any of the following challenges trust me and do ...Ready

Struggle with your teenager and their dating life.... TAKE ALL ELECTRONICS! They can talk from your phone at the kitchen table :-)

Struggle with 4 year old needing to go to bed on their own.... WORK OUT AT NIGHT! Get dad, older sibling or dad or a sitter to put "it" to bed..LOL, I know this one is flawed but keep dreaming! :-)

Struggle with little people don't want to eat the supper you provided....COOL LET CLEAN UP BEGIN!... Left overs for bedtime snack :-)

Struggles at work ..like I don't know ...shutting down food establishments... IDK!! Smile and eat an apple! :-)
