HONESTLY PREPPING FOR THIS DIET BET IS A WHOLE LOT OF POSITIVE SELF TALK. I AM TELLING MYSELF I CAN FOLLOW A HEALTHY EATING PLAN. I CAN EAT HEALTHY AND RESIST JUNK LIKE ALCOHOL AND SWEETS AND SALTY SNACKS. IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL. I CAN EAT A DIFFERENT MENU THEN MY FAMILY....RIGHT??? I WOULD LOVE TO SAY THEY WOULD LOVE TO EAT ALL THESE HEALTHY MENU ITEMS BUT I DOUBT IT. I WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE HEALTHY FOODS LOOK, SMELL AND TASTE GOOD BEFORE THEY WILL JOIN ME! TASTE IS EVERYTHING...NO FOOD HATING HERE! IF THEY DON'T JOIN ME I NEED TO BE OK WITH IT AND CONTINUE ON MY PATH.
