I decided to start today with the restriction part of my 'diet'. It just felt like the right time, although the plan was not to begin for another week.
In aid of this, I walked to the grocery store this morning(yay! an actual walk!) and bought a bottle of pellegrino mineral water, one of my favorite treats for Down Days. Also a vitamin water zero. They are tasty, but I mostly get them now because for some reason I can really drink them quickly. It puts my liquid intake up in a flash.
I really enjoy making food on my Down Days, so today I made garlic dill pickles, quick pickles, and a tomato-cucumber salad. Still on my list is a strawberry cream cheese dessert for tomorrow.
I am looking ahead to the next official weigh-in, and hoping that I will already be at my diet-bet goal. I am expecting that my weight loss will pick up a bit now that I am getting down to it.
