I'm beginning to find the rhythm of my eating plan again. It is better when I don't have to think about it, or decide: I just DO.
Yesterday was a little hard, what with one thing and another, but going off plan wasn't an option. I was griping, but still doing it. :) To me, this is progress. It shows I have gotten to the stage where I am controlling what I eat, rather than vice versa.
I am 10.5 pounds down now, and thinking it might be 12 pounds for the first monthly weigh-in.
I think the next step will be to get more walking back into my life. That is going to be a challenge, with our family situation(I am the caregiver for my father-in-law, and he can't be left alone), but I will figure it out.
